According to calculations, processing each ton of raw liquid colored fibers into textiles can reduce wastewater emissions by 32 tons, carbon dioxide emissions by 1.2 tons, power consumption by 230 kilowatts, and steam consumption by 3.5 cubic meters. The fabric woven from raw liquid colored fibers can save about 30-50% of the cost per ton compared to the fabric woven from later dyeing and finishing. Medium depth colors can save 11000 degrees of electricity per ton, save 100 tons of water, and save 150kg of dyeing and chemical materials.
